O.T. Marshall Architects was engaged by a private concern to provide concept design documents for an outlandish vision; to establish a pedestrian-biking path on the outriggers of the 1917 Harahan Bridge connecting Memphis with Arkansas

O.T. Marshall Architects transformed twenty seven acres of asphalt parking lots and deteriorating buildings in a first-in-class linear park designed to accommodate game day tailgating, civic celebrations and passive enjoyment.  Twin ticket towers bracket the new grand entrance to the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium while simultaneously embracing the grand fountain.
