After 12 years of dormancy, the Pyramid was renovated into a 535,000 square foot retail store complete with a 104 room hotel and new free-standing elevator leading to the "look-out" restaurant above. The project included simulated cypress swamps with 7 bodies of water and 150 simulated cypress trees. O.T. Marshall Architects received national and international recognition for its design of this $ 200 million project.
